Should I wear any eyewear when I use the red light device?
Eye glass is necessary. Do not stare directly into the LEDs.Eye glass is included and we recommend you wear the Eyewear when you use with NIR mode.

How often should I use the red light device?
It is recommended to start with a commitment оf 20 minutes 3-5 times per week for the firѕt 1-4 weeks, then 2-3 times per week for the following 4-12 weeks, and finally 1-2 times per week to maintain results.
What are the differences between red and near infrared light?
