What is the estimated delivery date?
We have American warehouse and Chinese warehouse,The goods will be shipped according to the arranged storage location.

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Shipments In the U.S. (those to the 48 contiguous states; shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico may take longer) take between 3-7 days after your order has been processed. Delivery times in other countries will be different, depending on the service level of your shipment and carrier that you choose.Please allow additional time for delivery. How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by first signing in to our site then going to the Account Details section. Go to Order History, then Order Details to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. What’s the difference between Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping?
Your order shipping time in 7-12 business days if you selected standard shipping. As for expedited shipping, shipping time usually takes 5-8 business days. Please allow more time if your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
What countries do you ship to?
We want to spread the joy no matter where you are! Shipping is available in all 50 states of the US and nearly 220 countries around the world. Other international locations are available, just complete the checkout page to verify availability.
The tracking info says “scheduled pending”, what does this mean?
Scheduled Pending delivery could simply imply that your package is at the station and is awaiting its turn to get scanned into a vehicle and then dispatched. If it doesn’t show any movement for more than a few days, please call the carrier for the status of your shipment.
I made a mistake on the shipping information at checkout, how do I change that?
Whoops, it happens! We can definitely try our best to help you change the shipping information before the order shipped out. If the order has been shipped, please contact the location you mistakenly put to see if they can forward the shipment to you. Please email us at service@usuie.com as soon as possible so we can help in a timely manner.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address?
Yes. Please enter either an APO or FPO in the “City” field. All APO/ FPO orders will be shipped at our Value Shipping speed. Unfortunately, we can’t offer Expedited Shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery dates for APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are not guaranteed.

Do Usuie devices ship internationally?
Yes, of course.We ship to all countries worldwide using only fully insured global carriers such as UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT/etc.
Should I wear any eyewear when I use the red light device?
Eye glass is necessary. Do not stare directly into the LEDs.Eye glass is included and we recommend you wear the Eyewear when you use with NIR mode.
Will the treatment interfere with or be affected by any medications I use?
If you use medications such as Tetracycline, Digoxin (used for heart irregularities), and photosensitizing drugs (e.g., tranquilizers, sulfa drugs, oral anti-diabetic drugs, antidepressants, and steroids), please consult your physician before using Red Light.
How often should I use the red light device?
It is recommended to start with a commitment оf 20 minutes 3-5 times per week for the firѕt 1-4 weeks, then 2-3 times per week for the following 4-12 weeks, and finally 1-2 times per week to maintain results.
What are the differences between red and near infrared light?
The wavelength is different.Red light is absorbed by surface tissues and cells delivered at 660nm.Near infrared light is invisible to the human eye, and penetrates into deeper tissues delivered at 850nm.
Is Red Light Therapy similar to tanning?

Why do the Near Infrared LEDs look like they're not working?
Red light belongs to the higher wavelength component of the visible light spectrum, whereas infrared light, which has a longer wavelength than red light, is invisible to the naked eye. Although it is not seen when used, it works for our body, such as, reduces side effect of cancer treatment and speeds recovery and so on.
Can both the red and the near infrared lights be used at the same time?
Yes, you can turn on the Red and NIR light at the same time if you need. Just press the two bottoms.
What are the EMF (electromagnetic field)? Is it safe?
Usuie devices are designed to have low EMFs. You won’t be exposing yourself to unwanted EMFs, because we’ve integrated advanced components into our devices to serve as a barrier.
Is red light therapy FDA approved?
Red light therapy devices have received FDA approval for wound healing and for chronic joint pain. Other applications of red light therapy have strong clinical and scientific evidence but are still being researched for FDA approval.
When will I see results from red light therapy?
For most people, visible results from red light therapy take at least 2 weeks or 6 total sessions. Depending on the condition you are treating, you may not see results for months. Think of red light therapy like a gym workout- it takes more than one session before you notice a difference.
What is the difference between at-home and in-office red light therapy?
The only major difference between at-home and in-office red light therapy is the strength of the beam. Just like other dermatology procedures, medical professionals can use a higher-strength form of treatment safely. However, you may see similar or greater results at home because you can use your therapy device more frequently.
Is at-home red light therapy safe?
Yes, at-home red light therapy is safe. The risks at home are not different than the risks of red light therapy at a dermatologist’s office. Side effects are rare and mild. As long as you are following the instructions of your device properly, your injury risk will be very low.
